2/8/2018 5:22:20 AM

A counter-protester charged with hitting someone at a rally last year has received an order to complete community service hours.

The Examiner reports William October pleaded guilty to their charges in court yesterday and was given 50 hours to complete.

The 22 year-old punched someone during a counter-protest against the Canadian Nationalist Front in Confederation Square last year.

October will return to court on April 11th.
