PKAR PUTS OUT LATEST SNAPSHOT ON LOCAL REAL ESTATE
11/14/2017 6:21:36 AM

The Peterborough and the Kawarthas Association of Realtors has submitted its monthly report and it shows sales are down, but the average price is up.

Residential sales last month were down 17.4 per cent from the same time last year.

President Diane Tully says record-low levels of inventory are keeping the balance of supply and demand tight.

Meantime, the average sale price of a home was $381,000 which was almost $10,000 higher than in September.
