COUNCILLORS SUPPORT REZONING ON LANSDOWNE, ADDITION OF APARTMENTS ON HUNTER 10/11/2017 5:22:00 AM
It was a very quick night at City Hall for members of Peterborough's Planning Committee.
Councillors gave preliminary approval to a rezoning in order to make way for a new veterinary office at a plaza on Lansdowne Street near Kawartha Heights Boulevard.
Land-use planner Caroline Kimble spoke at the meeting.
Committee also has signed-off on allowing construction of 33 additional apartments at the former St. Joseph's Hospital on Hunter Street and requested more information on the location of a downtown mural at Simcoe and Aylmer.
