Following the tragedy in North York earlier this week, more than a dozen are continuing to recuperate in hospital. Their recuperation is also going to take up a lot of blood, and the blood supply on the sheleves will need to be replenished.

The annual 'A Taste For Life' fundraiser is being held this evening in support of the Peterborough Aids Resource Network. If you go out and eat dinner at a participating location, 25 per cent of sales will go to support PARN.

The province will be supporting the growing interactive digital media sector. Peterborough MPP Jeff Leal announced this week the government will support 136 interactive digital media projects across Ontario with an investment of over $9 million.
