TRENTON WOMAN ARRESTED IN ONGOING THEFT INVESTIGATION

A 31 year old Trenton woman has been charged in connection to the theft of about $950 worth of electronics at the north end Walmart in late August. It's alleged that she went into the store with a man on August 27th, took items off the shelves, concealed the items, and left without paying.

The Lakefield Chiefs continue to show why they are going to be a force in the PJHL this season. The Chiefs thumped Little Britain last night 12-1. Dawson Turcott led the way for Lakefield scoring a hat-trick and adding an assist.

STAFF ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT SIDEWALK PLAN

The addition of sidewalks in the city's east end was the topic of a public open house. City staff were on-hand to respond to questions last night at Monsignor O'Donoghue School. The plan is to add sidewalks to both sides of Foxmeadow Road, Easthill Drive and Meadowview Road.
